Work with ColleenReady to reconnect with your body and step into a more aligned version of yourself?
About ColleenColleen is a holistic wellness practitioner, experienced yoga instructor, and former professional competitive bodybuilder with a deep-rooted passion for helping others reconnect with their bodies.
With a foundation built in strength training and performance-based fitness, Colleen spent years pushing her body to its limits. As a NASM-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, she developed a strong understanding of physical conditioning, but it was through her own healing journey that her work truly transformed.
In 2013, after experiencing the physical toll of years of intense training, Colleen sought a new path. One that would restore mobility, flexibility and balance. That search led her to yoga.
What began as a physical practice quickly evolved into something far deeper.
Through yoga, Colleen discovered not only healing in her body, but clarity in her mind and connection within her spirit. This shift sparked a new purpose: to guide others toward a more embodied, sustainable approach to wellness — mind, body and soul.
She earned her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification (RYT-200) in 2015, followed by her E-RYT 500 in 2019, continuing to expand her expertise through specialized certifications including Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, Y12SR (Yoga for 12-Step Recovery), TRX for Yoga, Yoga Shred, meditation and Gravity Yoga.
Today, Colleen’s approach blends strength, softness, structure and soul. Through Trinity Embodied Empowerment, she offers:
Private yoga sessions
Personal training
Holistic wellness and nutrition guidance
Virtual and in-person experiences
Wellness mentorship & programs
Workshops & events
Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: True wellness happens when the body, mind and soul are in alignment.
Colleen creates spaces where clients can build strength, restore balance and reconnect with themselves — without pressure, perfection, or burnout.
Trinity PhilosophyYou cannot out-train a dysregulated nervous system.
You cannot out-discipline burnout.
You cannot separate the body from the mind.
True empowerment happens when:
Strength meets steadiness
Discipline meets compassion
Structure meets support
Community meets accountability
This work is not about extremes. It’s about integration.
