From Roots to Trinity

Roots was never just a yoga studio — it was a season and a meaningful one at that. Over time, the work expanded beyond classes and these four walls. What began as yoga and fitness naturally evolved into strength training, emotional support, nervous system regulation, spiritual grounding and real-life integration.

That evolution gave rise to Trinity: Embodied Empowerment — Body, Mind & Spirit.

This isn’t a departure. It’s an evolution. One that allows for a more expansive way of serving, through personal training, private sessions, workshops and online mentorship services designed to support people consistently and holistically.
